The practical includes activities like 'being in shoes of others', compassion projects, breathing observation, and outreach like adopting a village, health/hygiene, gender sensitisation, etc. (pp.19-22). Examination is 'Subject to directions from Examination Branch'. Students lose marks by writing abstract ethics without citing the Unit II conflict styles (avoidance/competition/cooperation/adaptation) or a concrete outreach example, which examiners check (as of 12 Sept 2026).
