Personality Development and Communication is a 2-credit Skill Enhancement Course (SEC) under Delhi University's UGCF 2022, taught in 2025-26 as a 1 lecture, 0 tutorial, 1 practical (PDF shows 2 credits, 12th Pass, NIL; SEC list 1-0-1) (p.1 credit table).
