However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website provides educational content intended for learners of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
9. Fair Use, Automated Access & AI/Bot Restrictions
Sulaksh is free for genuine human students for personal, non-commercial study. To keep it fast and free for everyone, we strictly limit automated access:
- Manual use only: Students must browse, view and download materials manually, one by one. Bulk selection or "download all" is not offered.
- No bots / AI scraping: You may not use bots, crawlers, spiders, headless browsers, scripts, download managers, AI assistants, AI training pipelines, or any automated tool to copy, scrape, harvest or download more than 5 files in any 10-second window (max 5 concurrent downloads). This 5-per-10s burst limit applies per IP address; sustained use is further capped at 80 files per 24 hours per IP.
- No mass copying: Systematically downloading, mirroring, re-hosting, or using our PYQs/notes/syllabi to train AI models, build datasets, or republish elsewhere - even with attribution - without prior written permission is prohibited.
- Why: Automated bulk access degrades performance, inflates our hosting costs (Backblaze B2 + Cloudflare), and violates our commitment to fair use for everyone.
Violation & enforcement: Any IP/user-agent exceeding 5 files/10s or 80 files/24h, or any automated bulk download (even if spread out), is a clear Policy Violation under this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions §3. We log IP, user-agent and request patterns for security (see 2 & 7) and may enforce rate-limiting (429), CAPTCHA/Managed Challenge, temporary or permanent IP blocks, and takedown requests. Normal human use (e.g., 5 tabs before an exam) is not flagged; only sustained automated patterns are.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
